The coconut (2957 nos. of Assam Tall variety) and Orange (2711 nos. of Khasi Mandarin variety) saplings were distributed as replacements for the dead plants in Chokpot, under ITDP-V, funded by NABARD.

The project is being benefited by 200 beneficiaries from 15 villages under Chokpot Block of South Garo Hills, Meghalaya
